Affordable Mediation Services is a cost effective option to litigation and determination through the courts.

Richard Allan Godfrey is the founding principal.

A mediator and well versed advocate of the Alternative Dispute Resolution system, Richard can draw on his expansive knowledge of the legal system in Australia (although is unable to give legal advice) in concert with a desire to see disputing parties reach agreement prior to, or as an alternative to, costly litigation and/or court proceedings.

Richard is a member of the Council of Australian Tribunals (COAT), Australian Institute of Administrative Law (AIAL), The Victorian Association for Dispute Resolution (VADR), Association of Dispute Resolvers (LEADR) and The Australian Institute of Judicial Administration (AIJA).

Richard completed Mediation Training at Melbourne University Faculty of Law and the International Conflict Resolution Centre.
